When will my order ship?
Items will be sent within 24 hours of purchase! Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We believe in the quality of our clothes, and we want you to be satisfied with what you find here at Linenstitch. If for any reason you are unsatisfied simply send the item back to us and we will refund it to your original payment method. If you would like to exchange it for something else, simply shoot us an email (email@example.com) and we can help you out!
How do I return/exchange something?
Send the item back to us, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging attached. Once we receive the item we will refund you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer a flat rate of $20!
What payment methods do you accept?
Literally every option under the sun!
Can I make a change/cancel my order?
If you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order, we will do our best to cancel the order. Just shoot us an email!
How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
You will receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund is initiated.
Why am I unable to apply more than one discount code to my order?
Discount codes cannot be combined, sorry!
I never received an order confirmation email?
Customers should receive an order confirmation upon placing their order. If you have not received an email confirmation, first check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing, it is possible your email was entered incorrectly at checkout — email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can locate your confirmation and forward it to the correct address.
